How to erase CrashPlan from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CrashPlan is a program released by the software company CrashPlan. Some computer users want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is efortful because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find CrashPlan or simply click the Search field and type in "CrashPlan". The CrashPlan program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select CrashPlan in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding CrashPlan, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CrashPlan:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.crashplan.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{1D93DF5B-A7D0-451B-892C-E3E05E7C62E8}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall CrashPlan.


8. After uninstalling CrashPlan, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CrashPlan that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing CrashPlan with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
