How to remove Carbonite from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program marketed by Carbonite. Some users try to erase this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because performing this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY procedure to erase Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Carbonite or simply activate the Search field and type in "Carbonite". The Carbonite application will be found very quickly. When you select Carbonite in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Carbonite.


8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Carbonite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
