A way to remove Carbonite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program marketed by the software company Carbonite. Some users choose to remove it. This is difficult because doing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE solution to remove Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Carbonite or simply click the Search field and type in "Carbonite". If it exists on your system the Carbonite program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Carbonite in the list of programs, some data about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Carbonite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Carbonite.

8. After removing Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Carbonite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Carbonite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
