How to delete Carbonite from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program marketed by the software company Carbonite. Sometimes, people want to erase it. This can be difficult because performing this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Carbonite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". If it is installed on your PC the Carbonite application will be found very quickly. When you select Carbonite in the list of applications, some data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Carbonite:

• The software company is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Carbonite.


8. After removing Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Carbonite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
