A way to remove Carbonite from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program offered by the software company Carbonite. Frequently, computer users want to erase this program. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Carbonite or simply activate the Search field and type in "Carbonite". If it exists on your system the Carbonite application will be found automatically. After you click Carbonite in the list of applications, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

• The web site of the program is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Carbonite.


8. After removing Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Carbonite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
