Baidu PC Faster has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Baidu PC Faster:

• C:\Program Files\Baidu Security\PC Faster

Usually, the following files are left on disk:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Baidu Security\PC Faster
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Baidu PC Faster 4.0.0.0

Open regedit.exe to remove the registry values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Baidu PC Faster 4.0.0.0\DisplayIcon
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Baidu PC Faster 4.0.0.0\InstallDir
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Baidu PC Faster 4.0.0.0\UninstallString
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\BprotectEx\InstPath
