A way to uninstall Atom from your computer

A way to delete Atom from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is an application released by the software company GitHub Inc.. Some people decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because performing this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to uninstall Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Atom or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it is installed on your PC the Atom program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Atom in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Atom, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Atom.


8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Atom that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Atom using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
