How to uninstall Atom from your system

How to remove Atom using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program offered by the software company GitHub Inc.. Frequently, users choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this manually requires some know-how related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY approach to remove Atom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Atom or simply click the Search feature and type in "Atom". If it is installed on your PC the Atom program will be found automatically. When you select Atom in the list of apps, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Atom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Atom.


8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Atom that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
