A way to remove AVG using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG is a program by AVG Technologies. Frequently, users decide to erase this application. 3. Press the General Tools category

5. All the programs existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate AVG or simply activate the Search field and type in "AVG". If it is installed on your PC the AVG program will be found automatically. After you select AVG in the list of applications, some information about the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about AVG, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall AVG.

8. After removing AVG, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AVG that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing AVG using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
